Terms and Conditions
- 訂單經確認後,不設取消﹑換貨﹑改期或退款。
- 顧客需於提取訂單時檢查貨品,如有任何損毀、瑕疵或錯誤等情況發生,請即時提出更換。如取貨後發現食品品質有問題,請連同上述訂單資料及客人聯絡方式,聯絡我們的社交平台客服或電郵至[email protected]

星期一至五 9:00-18:00
星期六、日及公眾假期休息
- 顧客須於預約日期到訂單所選的 Sarasei 門市,並於取貨時請向店員出示訂單確認電郵進行取貨。如閣下未能於指定日期內提取貨品,將當作自動放棄論,恕不退換,亦不作退款。
- 網站圖片僅供參考。
- 如有任何爭議,Shittori (Hong Kong) Limited保留最終決定權。
- Once an order is placed, there will be no cancellation, amendments, reschedule nor any refund.
- Please check the order when you pick up, if there is any damage, defect, or error with the items, please ask for a replacement immediately. If any food quality issues are found after pickup, please provide the order details and contact our social media customer service or email us at [email protected]

- Please note that if the customers fail to collect the order at the nominated time, we reserve the right to void orders. There will be no refund for such orders.
