How can I place an order for products on the website?
Customers can choose to register an account on the website or log in directly with their Facebook account, then add the selected items to the shopping cart. Once you are ready for checkout, click on the shopping cart icon and choose your preferred pick-up method then complete the payment procedure.
*Refund, cancellation, or changes to orders will not be accepted upon order confirmation.
How many days in advance do I have to place my orders?
As our cakes are freshly handmade, please allow for sufficient time to prepare your order. All online orders will not be processed until payment confirmation is completed. For online orders, please allow at least 4 days in advance. Orders placed after 00:00 AM daily will be processed on the next day.
How will I know my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. The order details included in the email should be considered as final. Please check your spam regularly for our confirmations. If you did not receive a confirmation email within 3 hours, please send your order information and contact number to our social media customer service or email info@sarasei.com.hk

Do you offer handwritten birthday plaque?
For whole angel cake orders, one complimentary handwritten chocolate plaque will be provided with a word limit of 10 characters in Chinese or 20 characters in English.

Do you offer delivery service?
Products on our website are only available for in-store pickup. If customers require delivery service for cakes or other desserts, they need to place orders at stores at least 3 days in advance (by 4 PM).
Why do the shapes of each product look different?
All products are meticulously handmade, and their colors, shapes, or flavours may vary due to factors such as the availability of materials. And fruits and decorations may vary due to seasonal supply. The pictures on the website are for reference only.
Does the product contain any allergens?
The product may contain the following allergens: nuts, peanuts, sesame,shellfish, fish, soy, dairy, eggs, lactose, gluten-containing grains, and their products. The above items are produced in a factory where nuts, peanuts,sesame, gluten, crustacean, fish, soybeans, eggs, milk, lactose, or cereals containing gluten and their products are also handled. If you have food allergies, please consult your doctor before consuming.
